I was wondering if anyone could help out with a problem that's had us all confused over at SAGE.
In the patron search screen, when searching for a patron by last name, e.g. "Jones", only one result is returned. There should be more than one Jones in our system. If you search more specifically by first and last name, e.g. "Fred Jones", the patron appears in the search results. If the first/last name fields aren't both filled in, only one result gets returned. This only occurs in a few libraries while the majority are unaffected and return the full list of search results. This has occurred since switching to 2.4.
Has this happened to any other libraries or does anyone have advice on what settings I should be looking at that affect Patron Search results?
