Jennifer, one thing worth doing is to check the Javascript console for
errors in a separate tab (I would suggest actually clearing out any
existing errors from the console immediately prior to attempting to load
the patron interface).  You can find the Javascript console under Admin ->
For Developers -> Javascript Console.  You may need the DEBUG_CLIENT
permission to select it.  Errors here could give us a clue as to what is
going wrong.
