Hey Lise, We did use Library Elf until this year until we got enough people onto Cardinal email. The charge was not exorbitant but you had to encourage people to make the effort to sign up. So of course, folks who had opted-in were getting two notices. You can have an email sent before items are due in Cardinal we do.
