Revisiting this .... I've started adding titles & covers to OpenLibrary (particularly for local small-press items) but I'm not necessarily seeing all of them appear in my v2.8.2 catalog.

I presumed it was based on an ISBN lookup, and verified that the first ISBN listed in my EG records matched the ISBN in the OL records. I can't figure out a common thread between the ones displaying and not displaying.

In addition, sometimes images will display in a results list and then not in the record itself, while other times images will display in both the results list and the record.

If anyone has any tips/tricks I'd appreciate it :)

A.

We are currently on 2.8.1. We have observed that a lot of titles

You can add the book image (and book entry, if necessary) to OpenLibrary and make the database better for everyone! You can create a free account, log in, and click "Add a cover image" on entries like https://openlibrary.org/works/OL16042192W/Collaborative_communities to then upload a cover image.
