We have received emails that people are having trouble reserving rooms at the Sheraton Hotel, the conference hotel. There are plenty of rooms! The Sheraton Hotel has informed us that if you try and reserve rooms outside our block, you will receive a "sold out" message.
To reserve your rooms at the hotel: 1. Reserve your hotel room using the block dates, anywhere from April 19 through April 23rd. 2. If you wish additional nights outside this date range, have your Hotel Confirmation Number handy! 3. Then please contact our Sheraton Hotel Representative. She will help you get the correct rate.
