NC Cardinal doesn’t have a Users’ Group, but we do have a Cataloging Committee and Resource Sharing Committee, in addition to working groups as needed. Generally suggestions filter up through those bodies, or if received through other channels like the NC Cardinal team, are posed to those committees or working groups to craft a recommendation. If it is a decision that all of the libraries will need to abide by, it is voted on by the Governance Committee.

Hello Evergreen community! I'm the newly-elected Vice President of the Users Group of the SPARK consortium, which provides Evergreen to over 100 libraries in Pennsylvania. We are beginning to write our by-laws and we're wondering: Are there any other EG UGs out there? And if so, how do they function? If your consortium doesn't have an UG, how do you give feedback/complaints/requests to your leadership? Thanks in advance for your responses!
