Hi Dana,

It's not clear to me whether you are using the xul or web client, but when
updating holds to SMS notifications, you need to provide the *text carrie*r
as well as the *text number*. Evergreen won't accept the text number unless
there is a carrier selected.

In the xul client, you need to do it in 2 steps. Select your holds,
choose *Actions
-> Edit Mobile/Text Carrier* then *Actions -> Edit Mobile/Text Number*.

In the web client, select your holds and choose *Edit Notification Settings*.
Select both *Text/SMS Number* and *SMS Carrier* and fill in the appropriate
info in both boxes.
