Hi everyone,

I have a patron who currently has 26 holds with some marked as "In-Transit" 
that she has currently set to notify by email but she wants them all to be 
changed to notify by text message. How would I go about doing that?
I do not see any option from the drop down menu that says to change 
notifications to text, just to edit the text number but when I enter in her 
cell number I get a message saying "0 holds changed".
I am currently using the staff client 3.0.3.
