We've found that the white screen of death usually indicates that it cannot find the path to the Java installation, or that it is having trouble getting the stored preferences, or that the browser's local database is corrupt. If you look at the browser's console, it will usually give you a hint as to the problem. We have some a troubleshooting page for our libraries here that you are welcome to refer to:
