CWMARS uses Content Cafe (B&T) and I'm satisfied with their service. A few years ago, after non-responses when I reported an incorrect cover, I contacted one of the sales reps. Now I have a direct email address to the cover images department. I usually get a response the same day or within 24 hours. I send screenshots of the wrong cover and the correct one. I think sometimes they use the screenshot I send if it's an older title.
A little off topic, but what frustrates me most about changing the cover image is caching. Sometimes if I find a different UPC or ISBN or if there are several ISBNs in the record, I suppress the first set to see if the second (or third) ISBNs link to the right cover. I have to clear the cache and refresh the page in order to see if there's a change. I also click on the "Clear added content cache" link although I'm not sure if that's necessary. Many releases ago, I think prior to 2.7, the change was immediate. Caching is a very frustrating for me.
