We used Syndetics previously and always had a good response for cover image
corrections. It usually helped to describe what cover you were (or weren’t)
seeing and provide a link to the correct image; that tended to speed correction
time.

While we’re talking cover images: is anyone here using NoveList, and, if so,
do you have a contact for getting cover image updates?

In the past, I have also had good response from Syndetics.

Also, I met a representative at NCLA this year from ChiliFresh (
https://home.chilifresh.com/en/products/book-jacket-cover-art<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhome.chilifresh.com%2Fen%2Fproducts%2Fbook-jacket-cover-art&data=02%7C01%7Cmstroup%40statelibrary.sc.gov%7Cb45062cc54a248c3091908d7af3c4100%7Ce9f8d01480d84f27b0d6c3d6c085fcdd%7C1%7C0%7C637170545643287898&sdata=18xmnYg0J1oxPkECZhzxKaqaVhRMzA0lwjzD82lkdqA%3D&reserved=0>
) . They provide discovery services and they also provide book jacket cover
art for a flat annual rate as a standalone service. I don't have personal
experience with them but it might be worth investigating.
