Hi, I am pretty new to open-iscsi and I ran into a problem that was discussed in this list back in Sep. 2006. But I did not find a solution there. So please cna somebody show me the way out:
I have a iscsi target in my net and open-iscsi installed on one machine (debian etch and open-iscsi version 2.0.730-1etch1) Everything works fine: Discovery, login, ... When I switch off the iscsitarget service on my other machine I get: session0: iscsi: session recovery timed out after 120 secs in the logfiles but the session command shows no problem: # iscsiadm -m session tcp: [0] 192.168.188.110:3260,1 iqn.2008-01.de.multinet.xen10:remmgmt Also "iscsiadm -m session -r 0 -s" shows no sign of a problem How do I detect an error of the iscsi session within open-iscsi? Thanks for any help.
