I have run the commands to attach to the openfiler and they seem to work correctly. However, if I look in dev (find command) I cannot find any devices attached to the RAC1 machine. I am sure this must be something simple, but I have never done this before. I don't even have an error message to google and find a solution. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
To make sure we are on the same page, I am trying to connect a machine that has Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 to an OpenFiler machine with a USB attached external hard drive. I am following a document to setup an Oracle RAC network. http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/hunter_rac11gr1_iscsi.html I have followed the steps up to the point of discovering and attaching the openfiler volumes.
