That's strange. I have no useful input, but I'm simply chiming in to state that we have much larger than 2TB iSCSI LUNs working fine, under CentOS 5.x here. I can't imagine CentOS 6.x would regress in that manner.
The only time I've seen something similar (especially the 0 byte size export) is when we have neglected to give a specific initiator access to a given LUN on the target side - the LUNs still show up, and you get a block device - but it's zero length as shown here. I don't believe it's the same issue, but just tossing it out there!
