Supplier must understand and perform standard monitoring/return to Service functions. Standard Job-specific skills/knowledge includes: 1 Z/OS console operations, including HW and SW knowledge as well as batch, on lines and started tasks in order to perform monitoring, operational tasks, and level one preventative/return to service functions. 2 Change Management process including execution of batch exceptions, Job Control Language (JCL), occasional Control M setup requests, and release move requests. 3 Control -M functions including monitoring (mainframe and distributed systems) and level one return to service functions in order to meet batch/on-line service level objectives.
