Position: Oracle Application Production Support Manager
Duration: 4+ months
Location: Columbus, OH.
Pay: 65/hr C2C (Little Flex)
Interview: F2F, after the initial phone interview

Required Skills:
a.. Minimum of 10+ years of recent client-server and Oracle application
Production Support Manager Experience directly managing 10+ staff.
a.. Oracle 10g knowledge and experience required.
b.. Expert and recent Unix shell scripting knowledge required.
c.. Expert and recent Perl scripting knowledge required.
d.. Intermediate and recent MS Word, Excel, and Visio experience required.
e.. Ability to create and maintain high quality technical documentation is
required.
f.. Intermediate and recent experience using PVCS is required.
g.. Experience with project life cycle methodologies is required.
h.. Experience with production support incident management system such as
Peregrine Service Center or equivalent is required.
i.. Experience with scheduling and managing a production support staff
providing 24/7 support is required including being an escalation point for
incident management.
j.. Must be able to coordinate and lead incident management responses after
hours and on weekends remotely if/as necessary.
k.. Experience with Fortracs and default mortgage servicing highly
desirable but not required
