This includes problem resolution, change management, 24x7 on-call support for production servers, operations turnover support, server installation and maintenance, and performance and tuning. Maintain/modify applications software component. Monitor applications programs. Monitor/Capacity/Performance. Plan/evaluate hardware/software. Directs performance tuning. Provide technical direction. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential. *Description: * Perform administration, support, and deployment services related to various web sites and web based applications, as directed by EES IT and JJSI. This resource will work on a full time basis, plus pre-approved overtime as required, to meet the demands of the business. Non-business hour support will be required as needed. *Responsibilities: * Provide both hands-on support and project oversight as needed for key web-based applications, including identification and coordination of IT resources, resolution of project issues, status reporting, and customer communication.
