Additionally, candidate will coordinate weekly meetings, testing schedules, and publish status reports. Ideally, candidate should be able to independently solve problems and design solutions for complex application and infrastructure needs. Candidate must have the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms to team members in written and verbal formats and to act as liaison/assistant to overall project lead. *Work experience requirements* The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing SQL Server Database Administration tasks, including database creation, monitoring, tuning, security and strong problem resolution skills.
