*Seasoned SAP HCM Consultant needed for Performance Management/Compensation
Management (ECM)* to help client with new enhancement requirements and
*production
support for 2011 Focal Review Cycle.* Must have:

1) Experience with *PM/ECM EHP4 implementation using Manager Self-Service.*

2) Detailed knowledge of *Appraisal Templates configuration/customization in
Performance Management. *

3) Detailed configuration knowledge *of ECM on EHP4 and enhancement
implementation. *

4) Experience of *Portal Content used for front-end user interface of these
components*.



*Competencies:*

Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to
articulate technical requirements to an offshore development team.

*Should also be very familiar with Core HCM functionality (PA/OM).*

*Would also be familiar with supporting multiple languages in Global HCM
environment.*
