Location : New Jersey
Duration: 6 + Months
Need a sr profile above 8 years.
( Candidate need to be a Top Notch in the technologies listed below
with solid knowledge in RULES Engine and Design Specifications)
Sr. Java Developer:
Expert level design experience in one or more of these required
technologies:
• JAVA, EJB, J2EE, JMS, Websphere, RAD, JSPs, Javascript, MQ, DB2,
UML, XML, XSD
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to develop technical specifications and provide
detailed input to project estimates with minimal guidance.
• Strong design skills including knowledge of usage of design
patterns
• Experience with Rules Engine Design
• Strong object oriented programming, analytical and problem
solving skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
environment.
• Act as a technical lead and should possess good mentoring
and training skills.
• Expert knowledge of program design and specification
development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and
documentation.
Desirable knowledge and skills:
• Knowledge of content publishing applications
• EMC Document Sciences xPression
Responsibilities:
• Performs product design tasks of a very high complexity
which may require extensive research and analysis and documentation.
• Works independently on very highly complex programming
tasks. Provides analysis of problems, recommends, and implements
solutions.
• Works within established procedures to develop, test,
implement, and maintain application software. Recommends improvements
to established processes, develops implementation plans, and assists
in rollout.
• Initiates and leads improvements to established team
processes, design, and coding standards, and influences others to
adopt.
• Ability to multi-task is critical.
