Need *OBIEE Consultant* Location: Cleveland, Ohio Duration: 12Months Skills: · 3+ years experience with HR Data · 2+ years experience and expert and thorough understanding of OBIEE · 2+ years experience and expert and thorough understanding of Oracle’s HR Analytics package, including the Data Warehouse Administration Console(DAC) · 3+ year experience and expert and thorough understanding of Informatica’s ETL tool. · 2+ years experience working with metadata and data quality tools. · 2+ years experience working with Erwin Data Modeler · Expert level experience with extracting data from disparate systems and loading into common data warehouse for data mart. · Expert level proficiency with query tools. · Experience with HR Analytics Report and Dashboard development. · Able to write complex scripts for data correction, manipulation, movement. · Posses an expert and thorough understanding of IT concepts including: · Database concepts, structures, design and modeling · Data warehousing and data marts. · Knowledge and experience in the use of data modeling including third normal form and dimensional. · System and application integration design and development. · Interface design and development. · Software/application development techniques and testing techniques.
