*Electrical engineer Greenville Duration : 12 months Rate: $44/hr * *Work Description* Execute Gas Turbine Accessories Electrical & Instrumentation engineering design and development, within a team of assigned engineers, consisting of a variety of engineering calculations and analyses, rigorous documentation of results, and implementation of design decisions into the product.
*Role Description:* *· QUALIFICATIONS:* o BS in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical, with Electrical preferred. o Will consider Mechanical with Electrical Experience. *· RESPONSIBILITIES:* o Design and application of instrumentation including thermocouples, sensors, pressure transducers, solenoids, transmitters, etc. for industrial gas turbine power plants. o Design and application of electrical equipment including lighting, switches, motors, heaters, transformers, relays, etc. o Prepare detailed product specifications and ordering drawings for Electrical & Instrumentation equipment. o Prepare vendor/component qualification requirements and specify/manage test plan for component validation. o Create system and equipment designs that meet our customer’s contractual requirements and location-specific codes and standards including, but not limited to IEC, NEC, European Union Directives, (ATEX, EMC), etc. o Provide timely and accurate responses to support resolution of field installation and customer issues. o Follow GE Engineering Documentation procedures, and become proficient with associated engineering documentation tools. *DESIRED:* o Significant Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation equipment used in the control of Gas Turbine Power Plants or similar complex machinery. o Familiarity with GE Energy or similar Gas Turbine Products o Advanced Degree in Engineering o Experience working with a global team. -- Thanks, Jazz -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
