*Duration: 12 mos+ Renewable*

*Rate: $58/hr *
Skills that are absolutely required:
* 8+ Years Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows
programming & development
* Solid working knowledge of .NET frameworks 3.5/4.0 and higher
* Proven proficiency in Object Oriented design and development
using Java, C++, and/or C#
* *Multi-threaded programming experience*
* *WCF (Windows Communication Framework) experience*
* Thorough knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH
* Experience with Microsoft Powershell
Skills that are a plus:
* Knowledge of XAML (Windows Presentation Framework)
* Backend server development
* Computer Science/Mathematics background
* Proven Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES7) experience
including proficiency in Image Configuration Editor, Target Analyzer, and
Windows Embedded Developer Update
* Experience with custom packages for both drivers/firmware and
other standard software installs
* Similar experience with Windows Embedded Standard 2009
(WES2009) desired (Target Designer, Target Analyzer, Component Designer,
and Component Database Manager)
* Experience with Microsoft Powershell
* Experience/interest in Windows Performance Tuning
* Interest in learning Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES7) tools
* F# or other functional programming experience
* Experience with designing and writing Windows Device Drivers
