We are looking for a user experience designer with strong interests and
capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong
problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an
aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual
excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas
to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience
in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough
understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.

JD:

•

•             Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a
multi-disciplinary team

•             Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead
experience architect

•             Consulting with clients and lead experience architect

•             Researching interaction design trends

•             Researching technology trends



*Requirement 2:*




*Position: Senior PeopleSoft HCM DeveloperLocation: Pittsburgh, PA    *

*Duration: 6 + Months     *

* Relevant Experience** (in Yrs): *   7+ years


* Technical/Functional Skills:*

·         *Good understanding of PeopleTools (Peoplecode, App Engine,
Workflow, SQR, Component Interfaces, App packages, Integration Broker, Web
Services, Query, XML publisher, UNIX, Cobol and have the ability to write
and understand complex SQL statements).*

·         Good understanding of the Functionality of HR, Payroll & Benefits
modules, process flow, key application (setup and transactional) tables and
flow of data.

·         Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of
thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to
Technical requirements and design

·         Full understanding of the Software SDLC (systems development
life-cycle )
Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft Development and Support experience


* Roles & Responsibilities:*

·         Good techno functional exposure (about 7+ years) in the HCM
modules (Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits).

·         Design, development, debugging, bug-fixing, & unit testing of the
PeopleSoft application

·         Interacting with business users to understand and define
requirements participate in design & development.

·         Independently lead development activities and coordinate with
offshore team.

Generic Managerial Skills

·         Report to client Project Manager.
