Minimum of four years hands-on Oracle programming experience developing reports (Oracle Reports 2.5 or higher) using Oracle Developer 2000 for implementation in a character-based environment. 3. Minimum of four years hands-on programming experience creating and/or modifying relational database structures for Oracle RDBMS version 8.0 or higher. 4. Minimum of four years hands-on experience upgrading Oracle Forms applications from character-based systems to browser-based (Forms 6i or higher) systems. 5. Minimum of two years hands-on programming experience using PL/SQL. 6. Minimum of two years experience developing Oracle applications on a Citrix platform (server).* *** DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years. 1. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including experience with developing both technical and user documentation and experience with presentations/training. 2. Experience designing, coding and testing Oracle applications using Digital/HP Alpha servers. 3. Programming experience developing DCL scripts in a VMS environment using Digital/HP Alpha servers. 4. Programming experience using COBOL with embedded SQL and/or PL/SQL.
