Minimum of four years hands-on Oracle programming experience developing reports (Oracle Reports 2.5 or higher) using Oracle Developer 2000 for implementation in a character-based environment. 3. Minimum of four years hands-on programming experience creating and/or modifying relational database structures for Oracle RDBMS version 8.0 or higher. 4. Minimum of four years hands-on experience upgrading Oracle Forms applications from character-based systems to browser-based (Forms 6i or higher) systems. 5. Minimum of two years hands-on programming experience using PL/SQL. 6. Minimum of two years experience developing Oracle applications on a Citrix platform (server).* *** DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate’s resume with precise indication of number of months or years.* 1. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including experience with developing both technical and user documentation and experience with presentations/training. 2. Experience designing, coding and testing Oracle applications using Digital/HP Alpha servers. 3. Programming experience developing DCL scripts in a VMS environment using Digital/HP Alpha servers. 4. Programming experience using COBOL with embedded SQL and/or PL/SQL.
