3+ years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and any
certifications you may have

Intermediate/Advanced spreadsheet capabilities and related data manipulation
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Meta Data migration is required.
Salesforce API knowledge
Knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
