We have an urgent requirement as follows: Please respond with resumes in MS-Word Format with the following details to *[email protected]* Full Name : Location : Contact Number : Email : Availability : Visa Status : *Requirement Details* *QA LEAD Position* Location: SFO *Required Skills and Experience: * - At least 8 years’ experience in quality assurance. - At least 5+ years of Web Application Testing experience in Cross Bowser/Platform testing - 5+ years’ experience in functional and System Integration testing. - 5+ years’ experience working with Users and supporting UAT testing. - 5+ years’ experience in translating requirement into detailed test plans and test cases. - 3+ years of Banking Application experience in Electronic Transactions, ACH, Wire Transfer etc. - Ability to utilize standardized testing methods, tools and procedures are used to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive. - Ability to work on multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and outstanding attention to detail. - Working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, MS SharePoint and Microsoft TFS is highly desired. - Certification(s) in testing is a PLUS *Duties and Responsibilities: * - Review project documents and artifacts, and translate them into test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. - Perform requirement review and ambiguity review and build Requirement Traceability Matrix. - Design, develop and execute test scenarios and test cases, manage issues and provide recommendations on workarounds and solutions. - Manage issues, assesses defect severity, recommend on work-around and manage triage calls. - Coordinate with Software Development and Project team to help resolve issues as needed. - Confirm/Verify fixed defects in software builds of the products as assigned by the Development team. - Maintain and enhance test scenarios and test cases to reflect scope changes and inform Sr. Engineer/Lead on progress and results.
