QA Analyst Louisville, CO 7+ Month Contract **upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test** *Must have : Healthcare Background* EXPERIENCE • 3 + years in Verification and Validation or design of Complex Software and Hardware Systems. • Basic knowledge of UNIX operating systems, Shell scripting, manual and automated testing. DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS *• 1+ years experience in Medical Device industry is highly preferred* • Understanding of software development processes is preferred. • Knowledge of federal and international regulations, such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and Medical Device Directive is preferred. • Experience implementing multi-level testing strategies (blackbox, graybox, whitebox). • Experience designing and executing requirements-driven, functional test cases and test suites. • Experience reviewing and accurately dispositioning software complaints. • Ability to participate in and lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve problems. • Ability to make recommendations to improve the software development process. • Experience with medical device regulations and requirements for documentation and testing. Solid grasp of industry standards aimed at validating & testing software component(s). • Keen quantitative and analytical skills. • Understanding of software development methodologies and software lifecycle. • Related technologies o Automated Test o Linux and Linux build process • Passion for test engineering and technologies.
