I would like to introduce to you a job opening for a *Business Analyst(GC/US Citizen).* Please find the requirement details given below and revert back with your feedback about it. *Needed Profiles ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!* *Note: ONLY GC/US CITIZEN* *Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Erie PA* *Rate: $37/hr C2C MAX* *Duration: Longterm* *Any P&C Insurance domain experience preferred* 5 years experience in a role performing enterprise business process analysis, project-focused business analysis or business systems consulting duties and responsibilities or other relevant experience with specific business or technical domains; or - Four years of experience in a role performing enterprise business process analysis, project-focused business analysis or business systems consulting duties or other relevant experience in specific business or technical domains. - Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and diagramming software required. - Working knowledge of project lifecycles, requirements processes, problem management, root cause analysis, and change management techniques, and / or other software development concepts preferred. - Working knowledge This person will need strong communication skills, experience with financial software is a plus, and an accounting background is a plus. This person will be reaching out to our business and 3rd party vendors. Supporting our 3rd party vendor software. Making sure we are on the correct versions, are there any vendor patches, and keeping track of our network changes and how do they affect these applications. Acts as a liaison and collaborates with business and information technology resources to determine effective solutions. Researches and identifies business needs or problems with business processes or business systems and coordinates temporary workarounds and/or permanent solutions. Applies basic requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, analysis, communication, validation, and management practices. - Assists the customer with determining system-related training needs and/or business process adjustments. Works with peers and business customers to arrive at optimized business processes and business system utilization. Provides stewardship of the enterprise business process model repository in support of a process-centric ERIE and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Regards..
