*Role: Data Architect* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Duration: 6+ months* ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scope of Work: Customer is looking to receive assistance with several aspects of their Data Architecture (Oracle) , including identifying limitations or defects in our current data model and defining a future state that better supports the customer’s enterprise data integration initiatives. Once this estimate of Work has been approved by both parties; it will become a Statement of Work for signature by both parties. The purpose of this estimate is to assist Customer with the assessment of their current data architecture by performing the following: Interview stakeholders and impacted parties to understand current requirements, challenges, constraints and limitations of their environment. Interview stakeholders and impacted parties to understand future initiatives, strategies, goals and expectations that will impact the enterprise data. Interview our technical staff to identify current technical and operational state, constraints, challenges, problems and future needs. Project Tasks Identify current and future user requirements Evaluate system performance, understand the platform on which the database runs, and report findings and recommendations. Identify opportunities for optimization and tuning of data loads and extractions. Evaluate server and storage capacity management and provide recommendations as needed to anticipate meeting most complex and critical systems.
