Desired Skills: • Experience in evaluating and designing integration frameworks for HR related systems (both on-premise & cloud hybrid models) • Experience in defining a meta data framework or integration strategy for multitude of technologies (SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Custom Apps) • Experience in various integration technologies: Web-Services, FTP, SOAP, Encryption Capabilities • Ability to define Security, Privacy, Hosting/Data Center Requirements • Understanding of HRIS Data + Processes • Strong communicator • Ability to organize and lead client counterparts in project lead capacity, supporting multiple platforms/projects, in high scale/complex environment • Experience Level: Senior Manager • Duration: 2 months with strong probability of extension.
