*For below direct client requirement, send your consultants resumes to * *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Local candidates only* *Required Experience, Skills, Technologies** :* - Recent 4+ years of experience in Geographic Information Systems and web development. - Creation, consumption and manipulation of ArcGIS for Server SOAP, and REST services. - Deep knowledge of ArcGIS for Server including the ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map services, feature services, image services, locators, etc. and their use in web mapping applications. - Proficient in a variety of modern platforms, languages and APIs (e.g. .Net, C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON , Python, PL/SQL, Google APIs, etc). - Understanding of IIS web server - ArcSDE with Oracle enterprise geodatabases - Automate processes using Python which includes geoprocessing via ESRI ModelBuilder, ArcPy site package and ArcObjects. - Able to collaborate with system engineers to performance tune servers and databases, including testing, troubleshooting and upgrading related software packages as necessary. - Ability and willingness to create complete and detailed documentation for all coding tasks. - Excellent English, both written and spoken, and adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals. - Capable of working independently and jointly as a team - Fingerprint-based criminal history background check. *Preferred Experience, Skills, and Technologies** :* - ESRI ArcGIS Online JavaScript API - ESRI ArcGIS suite version 10.0 and greater - Knowledge of Linear Referencing Systems - Microsoft Team Foundation Server - Microsoft Silverlight API - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems with strong development experience or other applicable and/or equivalent development skills, knowledge and work history. *Required / Desired Skills* *Skills* *Required / Desired* *Amount of Experience* Recent experience in Geographic Information Systems and web development.
