Job Role: Teradata DBA Location: El Segundo, CA Duration: 6 months to 1 year JD: Looking for some with Teradata DBA for BI team. Implementation of Teradata with BI financial database supporting the data warehouse, ETL and Reporting processing interfacing with Informatica and MicroStrategy Responsible for on-call rotation, backups, daily production support, performance tuning, query tuning, upgrades, and implementation of active to active DR system UNIX scripts for scheduling UNIX backups on a weekly basis Teradata SQL tools including Sql Assistant, BTEQ. Teradata Administrator, Teradata Visual Explain,Teradata Workload Manager would be added advantage. Teradata Performance monitoring tools including Teradata Manager, Performance Manager, Priority Scheduler, TASM, Teradata ViewPoint and DBS Control Record and DBQL logging and analysis would be added advantage.
