Position : Workday Consultant
Location : NYC,NY
Duration : 6+ months.
*{Need-EAD-GC-USC}*
Description
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 7
years’ experience providing HR systems application support, configuration,
and implementation services
Experience with software project lifecycle tools (Visual Studio, Team
Foundation Server)
Experience with iterative development methodologies (prototyping, Agile)
Experience with SQL Server
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business
requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent project management and task prioritization and management skills
Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with ability to
collaborate in a team environment
Commitment to the Foundation’s mission and core values of equity, fairness
and diversity
Personal qualities of humility, capacity for self-reflection, and a sense
of humor
Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues
Action-orientated and entrepreneurial self-starter who can work well
independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working with Workday Human Capital
Management (HCM) solution, providing integration and/or reporting services,
maintaining interfaces, or configuring solution to satisfy business
requirements.
