Since the thread is diverging from the original bug report - I'll once again chime in that I think it's very important for Open64 to require contributor agreements. It doesn't have to assign copyright, but for the longevity of the project I think it's essential. I can elaborate on the rationale and key elements needed if anyone is interested or listening.
