Hi all, I wanted to report that the various build problems seen in Fedora 16 64-bit have been fixed in the trunk.
I got a successful build on a fresh OS install with the following steps: # install required packages sudo yum install gcc-c++ gcc-gfortran sudo yum install glibc-devel libgfortran-static glibc-devel.i686 libgcc.i686 sudo yum install tcsh flex bison subversion # standard build steps, but force 64-bit compiler executables mkdir open64 cd open64 svn co -q http://svn.open64.net/svnroot/open64/trunk mkdir build cd build ../trunk --configure=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu --prefix=${HOME}/open64/compiler make make install -David Coakley / AMD Open Source Compiler Engineering ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Try before you buy = See our experts in action!
