it's a private IP range. i.e. 192.168.x.x

I can still get you a tcp dump if you need it.

Can you obtain a tcpdump when not connected to the VPN?

I want to know if the office firewall is returning ICMP messages in
response to your packets to the AFS servers or simply not responding
to them at all.
