Sure. And Troy can't commit, isn't an elder, and thus can't really speak
for the project, either, and yet, lots of people who don't have had their
comments interpreted as holding some weight and things have been
counterproductive for it. So, if he can basically cause us problems by
speaking his opinion, that speaks for the fragility of what's going on.
I do wonder if it'd be possible to get IBM to dual licence OpenAFS (IPL/GPL).
Obviously that's been covered. But, if they did it would cover only v1.0.
