[OpenAFS] 1.2.10 and redhat 8.0 strangeness

We upgraded a couple servers to 1.2.10 on Redhat 8.0 (both stock and custom kernels) and discovered that the fileserver processes hung and never completely shut down when given a  bos shutdown or restart.  Is this a known bug or more likely a misconfiguration on my end?  I've removed the 1.2.10 rpms and re-installed the 1.2.9 rpms and the processes seem to shutdown and restart correctly.         -Christopher Arnold
