what is the output from "fs lsmount \\afs\all\permabit.com"?

I'm trying to connect to my cell using Windows XP Pro, KfW2.6.5, and OpenAFS 1.3.7600 and not succeeding. I've successfully connected to my cell with previous versions of OpenAFS and can't figure out what's wrong with this version.
I'm using the integrated login, and when I login, I do obtain tokens, but mapping a drive fails. When I select the Add... button in the AFS Client I try to map \afs\permabit.com\user\pll to Drive F: and it appears to work, but when I try to select it in Network Neighborhood, there's nothing there. net use shows \\afs\pll mapped to F:, but also shows \\afs\all and \\afs\IPC$ mapped. fs lsmount \\afs\pll, \\afs\all, etc., all return:
fs:'\\afs\<whatever>': code 0x0
I've tried removing and re-installing the AFS client, this didn't help.
