It's true, is the problem then in the synchronization between the two
servers?

The 10. net is the network at my school, what is so special about a 10.
net?
Please tell me because I'm running out of time and patience :-)

it probably means the 2 servers can't talk to each other as there is no route, 10 net is not routable, but in truth i'm jumping in in the middle of this.
