I'd assume you dont have acces to port 4444 - can you connect from some other
host inside the TU Graz network. I can give you an account in our cell if you
need one.

TU Graz does not use a firewall, but a rather restrictice router
configuration - I have provided our network department with a list of ports
which they keep open four our subnet.
