Guess what Heimdal's pagsh does?

I follows the do-what-I-mean principle, in this case a new PAG, a new KFBTKFILE and KRB5CCNAME... And since its kinit does not need any aklog or such all just plain works as before except klog => kinit (and alas: no -pipe on klog which could almost be considered a bug...)
