What specifically returns "network path not found" ? Is the local cell in the CellServDB file? Or are you using AFS DB DNS records? If you leave the machine up for a few minutes (literally, at least 200 seconds) does it start working? What if you run fs checks and fs checkv? > C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>fs gets > blueberry.srv.cs.cmu.edu 40005 > andrew.e.kth.se 40014 > grand-opening.mit.edu 40003 > c-24-20-157-179.hsd1.mn.comcast.net 40004 > nome.home.ted-doris.fam 20010 Thats nice, except that you didn't mention what your local cell is, what version its running, or how your networking is configured. > C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ping nome.home.ted-doris.fam > Pinging nome.home.ted-doris.fam [10.1.1.193] with 32 bytes of data: What is the ping suposed to prove? ICMP traffic getting to the server doesn't mean rx traffic is. Does vos listvol work? Bos status? Can you get tokens? Is there only a single server in this cell? Any error messages on the server-side? After upping the debug level? <<CDC _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
