As of the 2.6.24 builds for Fedora 8, I am no longer able to produce
kernel builds for the -debug, or -PAE-debug variants of the standard
Fedora kernel.
This is because these variants are configured in such a way as to
make the mutex lock operation unavailable to non-GPL licensed kernel
modules. The rest of the kernel variants all still build correctly,
and are available from openafs.org
