Sorry: yes!

Although Jeffrey is right in the sense that it is not a command:

send "kill -XPU" to the file server, and use the "cbd" utility to scan the resulting /usr/afs/local/callback.dump file.

I recently submitted a patch to cbd/fileserver which makes it more robust, but the old one works quite well already. cbd is built with the non-pthread.
