If the key version number is incorrect that means there is a mismatch between the service key in the tickets being issued by the KDC and the key installed on the AFS servers. This is not a client configuration problem. If you are not the AFS and Kerberos administrator you should contact her/him. If you are, you should check to make sure that the KDC cannot issue keys that the AFS server(s) do not have installed.
