Current stable Linux releases are 1.6.x. OpenAFS 1.5.x is an older
The version description quoted above is the 'git describe' output, which takes as a base the name of the closest annotated tag in the commit's history. OpenAFS stopped producing such tags on the master branch when openafs-stable-1_6_x was branched, so all subsequent versions of master will have a git-describe version of this form. The particular commit in question is the head of the master branch from just a week or two ago. -Ben _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
