We have a legacy EC2 environment setup in which vos dumps are pulled in by Zmanda backup, using a custom tar wrapper. These are stored on s3 via Zmanda's virtual tape devices. We have a lifecycle setup to migrate the vos dumps to Glacier after some time.
Looks like a feature was added to the AWS CLI that allows for dumping via a stream which looks interesting though: https://github.com/aws/aws-cli/pull/903 On Mon, Feb 27, 2017 at 10:50 AM, Walter Tienken <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello all, > > > > We currently perform nightly dumps to an on-prem NFS mount.
